These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by:

By scheduling, authorizing, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Authorization
By approving a quote, scheduling service, signing a work order, or authorizing repairs, you grant Clear Cut Glass & Tint permission to perform the requested services.

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or property or have authority to authorize work.

2. Scope of Services
Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Auto glass replacement and repair
  • Windshield replacement
  • ADAS recalibration coordination
  • Auto window tint
  • Residential window tint
  • Commercial window tint
  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Residential glass installation
  • Commercial glazing services
  • Custom shower glass
  • Mirrors and specialty glass
  • Emergency board-ups

3. Vehicle Condition (Auto Services)
Customers must disclose pre-existing damage before service begins, including:

  • Paint defects
  • Electrical issues
  • Aftermarket modifications
  • Sensor or camera faults
  • Interior damage
  • Prior bodywork

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

Certain services (including tint removal, PPF removal, or glass replacement) may reveal prior hidden damage.

4. Glass Replacement & ADAS Recalibration
Modern vehicles may require Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) recalibration following windshield replacement. If recalibration is required, it will be disclosed when known. Clear Cut Glass & Tint is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing electronic faults
  • Calibration refusal due to vehicle condition
  • Malfunctions unrelated to installation
  • Manufacturer system limitations
  • Failure to complete required recalibration may affect system performance.

5. Window Tint Services (Auto, Residential, Commercial)
Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable tint laws. Tint and film installations require curing time. Temporary haziness, moisture pockets, or visual distortion may occur during curing. Minor dust particles or environmental factors may occur and do not constitute defective workmanship.

6. Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF installation involves adhesive bonding to painted surfaces.

  • Customers acknowledge:
  • Minor edge visibility
  • Slight texture variations
  • Environmental curing variables
  • Manufacturer film tolerances

PPF does not prevent all damage and is not a guarantee against impact, rock chips, or wear.

7. Residential & Commercial Glass Services
For property installations, customers acknowledge:

  • Structural framing conditions may impact installation
  • Existing frame damage or out-of-square openings may affect fit
  • Glass breakage risk exists during removal of old units
  • Seal failure may be due to manufacturer defects

We are not responsible for structural deficiencies, prior contractor errors, or concealed damage discovered during service.

8. Shower Glass & Custom Fabrication
Custom glass installations are made to measurements provided or confirmed prior to fabrication. Once fabrication begins, custom glass orders may not be canceled or refunded. Customers acknowledge that minor hardware or alignment adjustments may be required post-installation.

9. Installation Variables
While we maintain high standards, customers acknowledge that installation variables may include:

  • Minor dust particles
  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Environmental factors
  • Normal curing time effects
  • Optical distortion inherent in laminated or tempered glass

These do not automatically constitute defective workmanship.

10. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right, as permitted by Arizona law, to retain possession of vehicles or materials until payment is made. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

11. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are governed by their own terms. Clear Cut Glass & Tint warranties apply only under normal use conditions and do not cover:

  • Accidents
  • Improper care
  • Neglect
  • Third-party modifications
  • Environmental damage

Warranty claims must be inspected and approved by Clear Cut Glass & Tint.

12. Abandoned Vehicles or Property
Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after service completion may be subject to storage fees. Unclaimed vehicles or materials may be handled in accordance with Arizona lien and abandoned property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Cut Glass & Tint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

14. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits, when required, may be non-refundable depending on service preparation and material ordering.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.

16. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
